3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Creastor, you are responsible for the content and digital products you sell. You must have the rights to sell any products listed on your store. You agree not to sell illegal, harmful, or misleading products.

4. Payments & Fees

Creastor processes payments through Stripe. Transaction fees and platform fees apply as outlined in our pricing page. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the creator.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and products you create and sell on Creastor. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Creastor to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, spam, or engage in fraudulent activities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creastor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Creastor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
