Community Standards

Trust and safety are core priorities for Creastor. These standards outline what is and isn't allowed on our platform. All Creastor users must abide by these standards to continue using the platform.

1. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on all Creastor stores and may result in immediate account termination:

• Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Hate speech targeting protected groups
• Illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit items)
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive software
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Impersonation of another person or brand

2. Adult & NSFW Content Policy

Creastor allows adult content only on paid Creator and Pro plans. Free plan users may not host, link to, or sell adult/NSFW content. Creators with adult content must:

• Enable the Age Gate on their store (found in Store Design settings)
• Not use explicit terms in their store name, bio, or product titles that could trigger social media platform flags
• Not include direct links to explicit content in product descriptions visible before purchase
• Ensure all publicly visible cover images are safe for work (SFW)

We recommend using a custom domain (available on Creator plan and above) to protect your social media links from shared-domain flagging by Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

3. Link Safety & Social Media Protection

Creastor is designed to keep your social media accounts safe. Unlike other link-in-bio platforms that share a single domain across all creators, Creastor offers:

• Custom domains: Your store lives on your own domain, isolating you from other creators' content flags
• Clean meta tags: Store pages use professional, platform-safe metadata that won't trigger automated scanners
• Content behind purchase: Digital files and sensitive links are only revealed after a verified purchase, never in public page source
• Age gating: Optional 18+ verification screen prevents underage access and signals compliance to platforms

4. Spam & Deceptive Practices

Users may not:

• Create multiple stores to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Use misleading product descriptions or bait-and-switch tactics
• Artificially inflate views, clicks, or purchase counts
• Send unsolicited messages or spam through the platform

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content on Creastor that violates these standards, please use the "Report this store" button found at the bottom of any creator's store page. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Store suspension
• Account termination
• Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these community standards.
